Who we are

First Center inc., a corporation formed in 2015 to cater the specialized market of Rubber Dock Fender (RDF) Performance Testing.

We are the first Independent Performance testing Center for Rubber Dock Marine Fenders in the Philippines.

From the start, the company is working in partnership with E.B. Testing Center, a leading material testing center in the Philippines. They provide the technical supervision as well as their valuable experience and know how specific to the material testing market.

First Center Inc. is duly accredited by the Philippine Ports Authority and the Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS) under the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) for the performance testing of Rubber Dock Marine Fenders.

What We Can Do

We can test and verify the Performance of your Marine Rubber Dock Fenders using the internationally accepted PIANC 2002 me or ASTM F2192-5 method using our 1200T performance testing apparatus built from the ground up for this purpose.

Our testing apparatus could provide computations and load cell datas in real time, as prescribed by PIANC 2002,  the performance curves and data of the following

• Reaction Force
• Energy absorption
• Deflection %

With the steady  increase in the rubber dock fender market, the proliferation of substandard rubber dock fenders are also on the rise.
